Now that THAT'S out of the way.

From the beginning of this 'Taker fiasco (get the impression the SD review is gone and this is now a 'Taker thing? You're damn right), I was curious if this would be another screw job Vince was behind. And tonight it kinda looked that way.

Okay, it REALLY looked that way. The way Vince would say 'it was YOUR idea', blah blah blah. Both Punk and Teddy had this 'but uh, Vince?' look on their faces.

Not entirely sure what I think of this as it's kinda another reused line, just hashed and wrapped with a giant bow and a 'hope you forgot we did this already' card attached.

NOW, I did go peek at spoilers to see if that's how the show ended cos Punk running off w/his head still attached just did not seem right. So some peeps are reporting 'Taker dragged his ass back on out and proceeded to whoop him like a red headed step-child. As I like that image, we'll go with that one and say Smackdown ended on a high note.

To be honest... most of SD was forgettable tonight. I don't honestly recall if there was any Diva action. The skit with Cryme Tyme and Jesse was... um...

Shit.

The bit with Teddy in the coffin, that was amusing actually. After seeing the condition Teddy was in, I wanted to know WHAT the HELL 'Taker did to him but of course, that'll be left up to our imaginations. The bastards.

And of course... BATISTA!

I was actually impressed, he's got himself a new move. Well, new to him at least. But it's a SUBMISSION hold, which makes it kinda... like, wow. Cos this IS Batista we're talking about. Master of the anything BUT wrestling, no offense Animal.

And then to see Show almost tap and Chris (poor Chris *sniffles*) squeal from it, well, my night was made.

I bounced, I know, I know. But hopefully you've WATCHED SD and aren't waiting for this because I tend to report things as they occur in my head.

And, double perk, Rey's coming back; as Batista's tag team partner! ^^ I knew Smackdown was my fave show of the three for a reason!
